2. EU Consumer Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Irish consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2022), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right applies to purchases made online or by other distance means.

During the withdrawal period, you have the same rights and obligations in relation to the goods as the seller. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., letter, email, or our online form). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by us, although it is not obligatory. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without delay.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

For dietary supplements, once the product seal or packaging has been broken, we may not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period, provided they have not been used.

5. How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will send you return instructions, including the return address and any relevant forms.
  3. Ship the product in its original packaging where possible. Please ensure the package is securely sealed.
  4. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are defective.

6. Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund:

Refunds do not include any charges incurred by you for the cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to our error or defective goods.

7. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive defective or damaged goods, please contact us immediately with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the defect or damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable costs you incurred in returning the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
